My friend made me this incredibly cute batch of cookies today. It was a wonderful surprise to come to school and find her waiting there with them. They were delicious - she is an excellent cook. When I got home from school, I decided to turn them into a yummy ice cream sandwich. I have always loved eating these bad boys because they combine all my favourite things: chocolate, cookies and vanilla bean ice-cream!
